Could I be.. Good

I figured it was time for me to post another blog. It has been a while, and God is showing me on a daily basis what His will for my life is. Or what seems, He is making me think more about things. I don't know if it has to do with a new year, or the fact that God is opening my eyes to more of Him, through my devotions. I'm going through a study of the Proverbs 31 Women, and I have been through before ( and I know, this will not be the last), but this time I'm really taken my time on it. Diging deep, and really thinking about each verse. So here is just a small bit of what God has been showing me-
Virtous Wife...
. she does him good, not evil-
----> Goodness, moral and spirtiual excellence manifested in active kindness.
so goodness is manifested in active kindness, what does active kindness look like? Is it going the extra mile for a friend, for a co-worker? Or is simply pleasing God- by doing good toward others?
I found this quote, that I thought was worth me sharing.
"...give because it is your role. Because of who God is. a women after His heart is a women who gives. As Christianswe are to give, as wives we are to give, as mothers we are to give, as singles we are to give. That's our role, our assignment from God, as His Children.
No matter, what stage of life, I'm to do good, becuae it is what God demands of me.

Ok, so when you think this is the end, oh my friend... not yet.
I'm also reading this book, Lady in Waiting. and I have read this back in Highschool, and I had come across it again. So I thought I would pick it up and read it again. In this chapter the author is talking about Reckless Abandonment, she has this to say.
" a women is not born a women. Nor does she become one when she marries a man, bears a child and does their dirty linen,not even when she joins a women's liberation movement. A women becomes a women when she becomes what God wants her to be."
I will end saying, i can't wait to see what the next journey God takes me on. To see how much I will grow, and how much He loves me.
